1 – 2 PODIUM FINISH AT BMW PERFORMANCE 200 AT DAYTONA
Daytona Beach, Fla. January 29, 2016 – Roush Yates Engines with Ford Performance powered Multimatic Motorsports [No. 15] and Compass360 Racing [No. 76] cars to a 1 – 2 podium finish in the BMW Performance 200 at Daytona. This is an impressive start claiming the season opener of the IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge Series.
Scott Maxwell and Billy Johnson [No. 15] & Paul Holton and Pierre Kleinubing [No. 76] drove the Ford GT350R-C Mustangs in the 2016 IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge Grand Sport (GS) Class. What an all-around team effort today: from the car to the engine to the driver, the Ford GT350R-C proved that it had the ponies under the hood to win today.
