Pre-Race Report

News of Note: Cruz is one of the few Funny Car drivers to win the U.S. Nationals three times, and he’s looking to make it four at this year’s “Big Go.”

Cruz Pedregon Racing will hold its annual Open House at the team’s headquarters at 462 Southpoint Cir. #A, in Brownsburg, IN before the U.S. Nationals. Some 2,000 fans are expected to attend the event from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, August 29. Autographs will begin at 7 p.m. (The event is open to media.)
