CORVETTE RACING AT LIME ROCK: Taylor, Garcia Win

LAKEVILLE, Conn. (July 17, 2021) – Antonio Garcia and Jordan Taylor won a weather-shortened Northeast Grand Prix at Lime Rock Park on Saturday for Corvette Racing, the fourth win of the season and third in a row for the No. 3 Mobil 1/SiriusXM Chevrolet Corvette C8.R.

We didn’t know what the race would be like, and I ended up doing only like 10 laps, if that. Still, Jordan did an amazing two stints there and drove really, really good. Tire degradation was very bad, but he drove really good. I’m very pleased with that.”

We’ve had four out of five wins this season but just as easily we could have lost all those wins. I think everyone is executing on every level. So, another Corvette Racing 1-2 and Antonio’s first win here at Lime Rock. We’ve got five or six more to go here this year, so hopefully we can keep the trend going.”
